Micheal Phelps Might Be Prosecuted...OH.MY.GOD. you're kidding, right? over a picture of him smoking pot? really? they are going to spend their time and resources investigating a picture? good god, people...have you looked at youtube recently? there are TONS of people on there that could get busted, and they have VIDEO proof!! should we be sending the cops all those videos, so they can investigate them, too?

the ONLY REASON this is such a big deal, and the ONLY reason they are wasting their time investigating this, is because it is Michael Phelps. over a freaking picture of him with a bong which may or may not contain pot, which he may or may not have actually inhaled. (hey...if it worked for Bill...) 'course, it's unfortunate for him he admitted to it LOL but still. IT'S POT.

now, if he'd been caught snorting coke off a hooker's ass, then I might be inclined to agree.
