last night I walked into the living room to hear what I thought was a bird...it startled me a tad. yes, the windows were open but DAMN. it was dark outside. birds don't chirp at night, do they?

nope, they sure don't. as it turns out, the sound was coming from Hammy. it was almost like she was in a trance, and her whole body was vibrating with the effort.

I cannot tell you how excited I was, not only to witness this, but to capture the beautiful sound. ladies and gentleman, this is a noise that piggies make without explanation, and its very rare. ENJOY.

Pee.Esss. there is speculation that cavies make this noise when in heat, which I believe might be true. because that little piggie has been a BITCH the last couple days. mercy me, girlie. STOP COMPLAINING. more importantly, STOP HUMPING POOR BIRDIE. mercy, they need to get a man in their house!
