so yeah. I actually took a day off work to rebuild the guinea pig cage. LOL its still a 2x3 on bottom, and then split into a 1x2 kitchen and a 1x3 play area on top. they both have room to eat at the same time without fighting, and plenty of room to run on the 1st floor.
but man. building that thing was a BITCH. it took took about 11 hours to do, and I never woulda finished it if Dougalicious hadn't come home and helped me. I have a blister on my thumb, a blister on my knee (yeah, I don't know either) a split finger nail, and a nice cut along my calf. they better enjoy it, the little shits.

we had some issue to iron out (Birdie couldn't figure out the ramp, the silly nit) but with some adjustments to my original idea...they seem content.
