typically we don't eat dinner until much later than most...I won't say how late, because you people already think I'm nuts, and I don't need any more eye rolls. but this photo? wahl, now. this photo is a testimate to my OCD tendancies.

I was trying a new recipe and was obsessing over getting it right...so two hours before my planned cooking time, I got everything nice and neat and ready to go. and then re-read the recipe 12 times, and double checked my stuff, and made sure that everything was READY TO GO. did I mention the two hours before I planned on cooking? and then? I felt better. much, much better. KIND OF. because you never know. I might have forgot/missed something.

you're totally rolling your eyes now, aren't you? DAMNIT!
